The MultiExact 4100 is a versatile analyser that can be equipped with various sensor technologies, including paramagnetic, zirconia, Gas Filter Correlation (NDIR), Single Beam Dual Wavelength (NDIR) and aluminium oxide. These digital sensors provide high accuracy and operational flexibility across multiple industries and applications. The analyser is designed to integrate with the AquaXact 1688 moisture sensor, enabling digital control for H₂O analysis. It also supports up to 32 relays/alarms and four analogue inputs to integrate information from external sensors such as temperature, pressure or concentration data from other gas sensors. Communication options include traditional 0-10V DC, 4-20mA, RS232 and RS485, as well as advanced digital protocols such as Modbus and PROFIBUS, with Ethernet (Modbus TCP/IP) as an option. The intuitive, icon-based user interface with colour touch screen facilitates easy interaction and configuration.
