Contacting Conductivity Sensors SC42/SC4A(J)

The SC42/SC4A(J) sensors are designed to provide high quality conductivity measurement in applications that require accuracy and durability. Using a 2-electrode design, the sensors measure conductivity by applying an alternating current and measuring the resulting voltage. The design is optimised to minimise polarisation and cable resistance, providing reliable results even in difficult conditions.

The SC42 series includes both large and small bore sensors with cell constants from 0.01/cm to 1.0/cm to cover a wide measurement range. The SC4A(J) offers additional versatility with various installation options, including tri-clamp connections and submersible options. The stainless steel or titanium material ensures durability and long life.

With built-in temperature compensation and Pt1000 elements, the sensors ensure stable and accurate measurements over a wide temperature range.
