MAX-iR FTIR Gas Analyser

The MAX-iR FTIR Gas Analyzer is an advanced gas analyser that uses Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to enable real-time analysis of gas mixtures with high precision. It is designed to meet the requirements of process monitoring, batch sampling, gas purity certification, emission measurement and ambient air monitoring.

The MAX-iR FTIR Gas Analyser combines advanced FTIR technology with Thermo Scientific's StarBoost Enhanced Optical Technology, enabling detection of gases down to single-digit ppb levels. For applications requiring ultra-high purity, detection limits can be reduced to mid ppt.

This analyser is equipped with 24-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) integrated detector modules, providing excellent signal-to-noise ratio without the need for liquid nitrogen. A long-life vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and a silicon carbide (SiC) IR source ensure increased lifetime and reliability. Integrated temperature and pressure sensors improve accuracy in demanding certification applications, and dual-level vibration damping enables operation in challenging field environments.
