The Yokogawa OX400 is a high precision zirconia oxygen analyser designed to measure low oxygen concentrations from 0-10 ppm up to 0-100 vol% O₂. It is ideal for applications in the semiconductor industry, electronics production and processes where precise oxygen control is essential.

OX400 uses an advanced zirconia sensor with a thin film deposition technology that creates a molecular bond between the zirconia element and the platinum layer. This design prevents separation, allows for a smaller sensor size and ensures fast response and long life. The analyser can measure oxygen concentrations from 0-10 ppm up to 0-100 vol% O₂, making it versatile for various industrial needs.
